¿Sabes qué pregunta hacer si quieres conocer qué hace un amiguito o una amiguita en un determinado lugar? ¿Y sabes qué te responderían?

If you want to know what your friend does at school, you can ask him: / Si deseas saber qué hace tu amiguito en la escuela, puedes preguntarle:(What do you do at school?) and he may answer: / y es posible que te responda:

I read.
I write.
I write on the board.
I work on the computer.
I study.
I play football.
I do exercises.
I play with friends.

If you want to know what a friend does at home, you may ask: / Si deseas saber lo que hace en casa un amiguito o una amiguita, puedes preguntar: / What does he/she do at home? and they may answer: / y te pueden responder:

He walks to school.
She goes to school every day.
He writes the lesson.
He watches TV.

She reads.
He listens to music.
He collects stamps.
She paints.
She dances.

And, What do the teachers do at school? / ¿Y, qué hacen los maestros en la escuela?

They listen to the students.
They read the exercises.

And, What do the students do at school? / ¿Y, qué hacen los alumnos en la escuela?

They write down notes.
They listen to the teachers.
They practice sports
They play marbles.

Now, see if you understand this and do the following: PLAY GAME

And, what are these friends doing? / Y, ¿Qué están haciendo estos amigos?

They are swimming.
They are running.
They are riding a bicycle.
They are playing hide-and-seek.

Sometimes people will ask you about the things you can or you can't do/ A veces te preguntarán sobre cosas que puedes o que no puedes hacer.

-Can you play chess? -Yes, I can.

-Can you play the piano? -No, I can't.

-Can you swim?- Yes, I can.

(Aquí se ve mucho más claro que la habilidad de hacer algo se interpreta en español como saber-¿Sabes nadar?-).
